BASIC CONFIGURATION

Nominal temperatures: 350 °C

Heat transfer: Convection

Air flow: Horizontal

Heating system: Electric

Outer casing: Self-supporting sheet steel construction, galvanised sheet steel, RAL 7035 paint finish or special paint finish to customer’s requirements

Inner casing: Aluminised sheet steel, mounting points for 2nd loading level

Closing lid: Number depends on size, hinged lid; opening by hand

Insulation: Mineral wool or fibre composites

Heating: Round tube radiators made of stainless steel

Recirculating fan: Installation in the air duct on the left or right side. The air is drawn in via the heater and is returned to the usable space after complete turbulence and with a slight overpressure.

Temperature sensors: Resistance thermometer in the air duct in front of the usable space

Electrical design: According to EN 60 204

Switch box: Each mounted laterally on the opposing side of the fan

Control: Microprocessor-controlled temperature controller

Equipment protection: Safety temperature limiter in the heating area
